Networking of KerVita Care Facilities

The KerVita Group stands for a secure and carefree life, where people are always at the center of attention. In each care facility, great emphasis is placed on the needs and desires of the residents, and their quality of life is constantly being improved. One crucial factor for a high quality of life is the maintenance of social contacts. It's no coincidence that in the KerVita Senior Centers, a variety of groups are referred to as residents, including family members and caregivers, not just those receiving care.

Contemporary and sophisticated car

Founded in 2005 by the Kerling family, the nursing home group now operates 17 senior care centers across the entire northern German region. The KerVita centers aim to provide residents with a contemporary and sophisticated environment. The operators prioritize fostering mental and emotional well-being through direct interpersonal engagement. In collaboration with Telekom Deutschland, our goingsoft experts are currently implementing comprehensive Wi-Fi networks for residents and staff across KerVita locations. Presently, 3 of the senior care centers have already been equipped. Gradually, all KerVita Group locations are set to be upgraded to ensure a consistently high standard for both staff and residents, along with a well-connected environment.

 

COAX solution for existing infrastructures

Renovation projects in existing structures are always a stressful factor for all involved parties. It's especially crucial for a sensitive establishment like a nursing home to find a gentle solution for the retrofitting of a powerful Wi-Fi infrastructure. For this purpose, the COAX solution from goingsoft is ideal. Without drilling or major renovations, the existing TV cabling is utilized to equip each room with a Wi-Fi access point, ensuring high bandwidth. The installation in each room takes only a few minutes and thus poses no inconvenience to the residents.

 

Management and control made easy

For centralized and simplified management, we utilize the netcontrol internet management system from goingsoft. Our netcontrol features a particularly clear and user-friendly web interface as a central management tool. With this solution, all functions and services for all connected locations of the KerVita Group can be centrally controlled and monitored. This provides the IT department with an ideal instrument that streamlines management across all sites.
